Keep your Bread in an airtight box away from Direct Sunlight and make sure the box
Is very well cleaned and dry before getting the bread into the box.
It is a common practise in Sri Lanka to use a regular Knife to Cut Bread. You Must use a serrated Knife which is Specifically called the "Bread Knife", to cut the bead slices. The Movement of the knife should be slow slide back & forth over the loaf of bread with least amount of pressure focused on the Knife.
